Kodu
A property portal for all of Estonia, running today at kodu.comm.ee with its first partner's listings — Lumi Kodud's, read off their own site by a feed. The one system here you can licence and run under your own name.
- —One filter row over the list and the map.
- —Addresses checked against the national register as you type.
- —Estonian, Russian, English and Ukrainian.
- —Invoices its users and matches payments off the bank statement.
What is for rent in Tallinn, newest first — the picture, the price and where it is, on one card. Every listing here is Lumi Kodud's, read off their own site by the feed.
Filtering. The row over the list, every filter a word, and the count that answers.
The map. One pin per listing, the same search narrowing the list and the map alike.
One listing. The photographs, the floor plan and the 3D tour from the partner's own site, the price, the facts grid, the street it stands on.
A bureau's own page. The brand and the telephone at the top, the people who sell for it, and under that the ordinary search narrowed to their listings — the filters, the sort and the map, all theirs.
«Leia mulle kahetoaline üürikorter Tallinnas, üür alla 670 €» — six, counted, Lumi Kodud's flats as cards beside the words, and the portal's own search open on the page with those filters lit.
«Lisa üürikuulutus mu korteri väljaüürimiseks Manufaktuuri 14-15, Põhja-Tallinn» — the publish form opened beside the chat with the address, the deal and the kind from the sentence, and the year, the floors, the flat's size and its floor from the building register, waiting for the owner's own press.
Heavy AI integration
What the assistant does here
The robot sits beside the portal and opens the portal's own screens. It never names an address: it names a screen and what the screen takes, and the portal opens it — so what arrives on the page is what the portal can draw, and every gate is the gate it always was.
- —«Leia mulle kahetoaline üürikorter Tallinnas, üür alla 670 €» — the search opens beside the chat with those filters lit, and the robot says how many there are.
- —«Ava Manufaktuuri 14-15» — one listing opens on the page, the way a person would open it.
- —«Lisa üürikuulutus mu korteri väljaüürimiseks Manufaktuuri 14-15, Põhja-Tallinn» — the publish form opens with the year, the floors, the flat's size and its floor filled in from the building register; nothing is published until the owner presses Avalda.
- —The dock opens as a column, is dragged wider or takes the whole screen, and comes back where it was.
- —Every read the robot makes is a chip you can open to see what was asked and what came back.
- —The same tools are on MCP: an agent holding a key searches the same listings, and every write comes back as a link the owner confirms.
